SCOPE OF
POSITION:
This
position is responsible for development and implementation of capital projects that are
identified as priority projects by the project engineering group and the line teams. These projects are designed to support on-going

ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Verifies
scope and potential ROI prior to detail engineering on projects. Utilizes PFDs, P&IDs, and general
arrangement diagrams for initial costing and stakeholder agreement.

Oversees
implementation of approved projects on a site specific basis. Responsible for executing the project scope,
schedule, cost, and cash flow projections as agreed in CPA.

Development
of site strategic project plans spanning 2-3 years out.
Focused on delivering capital projects that support continuous improvement
(material yields, equipment efficiency, labor reduction, energy consumption reduction,
etc.), capacity increases (support growth and innovation), and supply chain network
redesign (product sourcing policy changes).
